Absolutely! We encourage it. If the puppy is on island, we'll arrange a time for you to come and meet them before any decisions are made. We're also happy to connect via FaceTime if that is more convenient for you. Reach out through our contact form and we'll set something up! We want both you and the puppy to feel comfortable. While no dog is truly 100% hypoallergenic, the number one breed that is least likely to shed is the purebred Poodle. They are a great option for those with allergies or sensitivities. Feel free to contact us and we can help guide you to the best fit for your lifestyle.

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve a puppy.

Because our puppies are often reserved quickly, we encourage interested families to contact us as soon as they find a puppy they love or know they would like to join our waitlist. We prioritize families in the order that deposits are received, allowing us to plan placements fairly and efficiently.

We offer two types of deposits:

Waitlist Deposit
A waitlist deposit is for future litters or puppies that have not yet been born. This secures your place on our waitlist and gives you priority when puppies become available. Families on the waitlist are contacted in the order deposits are received and may have the opportunity to select a puppy from an upcoming litter based on availability.

Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit is for a specific puppy that has already been born. This deposit reserves that puppy exclusively for you until he or she is ready to go home. Puppies typically join their new families once they are at least 8 weeks of age and fully weaned from their mother.

If you are confident that you would like to add a puppy to your family, we recommend reaching out early so we can discuss your preferences, answer any questions, and help you determine the best timing and reservation option for your needs.

All deposit amounts, terms, and policies will be clearly discussed and provided before any commitment is made. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable experience for both our puppies and their future families.

Puppies & kittens are able to go home from 8 weeks of age, or once they have been fully weaned. This timeline exists for the well being of the pet, and we'll keep you updated on where your pet is in that process.

We are based in Honolulu, Hawaii and are able to travel to the outer islands for an additional fee. Every situation is a little different, so if you're not on Oahu, reach out and we'll do our best to work something out.

Each puppy comes with relevant health and veterinary documentation available at the time of adoption. We'll walk you through everything during the process so you know exactly what to expect.

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you are ever unable to keep your pet, please contact us directly rather than rehoming them through a third party.

Please note that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. However, we are committed to every pet we place for life. We will gladly welcome the pet back and work to responsibly find them a safe, loving, and appropriate new home.

Our goal is to ensure that every pet we place remains cared for throughout its lifetime. Pets adopted through us should never be surrendered to a shelter, humane society, or animal pound. We are always here to help and ask that you contact us first if you ever need assistance.

We do not offer payment plans at this time, however we do accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal. Please note that credit cards carry a higher processing fee, so when possible we recommend using Venmo or PayPal as they only charge 3%. We carry a wide variety of breeds, working mostly with purebreds and hard to find breeds, but also offering luxury mixes such as Doodles, Maltipoos, and more. Availability changes frequently, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter and check our website regularly to see what puppies are currently available.

All of our puppies are vet-checked and come with health documentation. We are transparent about each puppy's background and health history so you can feel confident in your new family member.
